Victoria’s Secret launches coffee table book that will let my dinner guests know exactly where I stand on the issue of breasts: Love ‘em!

Victoria’s Secret is publishing a coffee table book entitled Supermodel Obsession that features Adriana Lima (above), Doutzen Kroes and others. If you’re like me, you’ve often pulled a shoebox full of old Victoria’s Secret catalogs out from underneath your bed and thought “Gee, I wish someone would collect these into a classy, decorative hardcover book.” It’d make a beautiful addition to my coffee table right next to the whiskey bottles, LEGOs and Geekologie Writer’s mom. Ha ha! I can’t get her to leave!
Top 10 Ten Best Nudist Beaches & Resorts in Spain
In theory, nudism is perfectly legal throughout Spain. I saw two groups of people walking through central Barcelona, completely starkers in a single week last year. Which means that any beach in Spain can be a nudist beach. However, in practice nudists congregate in particular beaches, usually those slightly out of the way.
1. Costa Natura Nudist Resort, Estepona, Costa del Sol
The Costa Natura Nudist Resort on the Costa del Sol is a whole Andalusian village completely dedicated to naturists.
2. Barinatxe Nudist Beach, Sopelana, Basque Country
Situated on the north coast of Spain, so it might not always be warm, but the annual Patxi Ros Trophy Nudist Race, held each September, should be fun.
3. Gay & Mixed Nudist Beaches in Sitges
Platja Balmins, is a mixed nudist beach, between Sant Sebastià and the port of Aiguadolç. There is another nudist beach at Cala del Home Mort (Dead Man’s Beach), which is mainly gay. Further up the coast, in Vallcarca, to the north of Sitges is a third naturist beach, Cala Morisca.
4. El Torn Beach, Tarragona, Catalonia
One of the most popular nudist beaches, along the coast from Barcelona (on the other side of Tarragona).
5. British-Run Alicante Nudists Resort
Small nudist resort, run by Maggie and Ian, catering for up to ten people.
6. Playa de la Mar Bella, Barcelona
Has the advantage of being right in the middle of the city of Barcelona. Walk along the main Barceloneta beach and the nudist section is behind some dunes, after the nautical club.
7. Naturist Resort in the Mountains of Valencia
Who said nudists have to like the beach. If the mountain air is more your thing, try Sierra Natura, near Valencia. Alternatively, there is El Fonoll in Tarragona.
8. El Portus, Cartagena, Murcia – Spain’s First Naturist Campsite
Spain’s first ever naturist campside is El Portús, in Cartagena, in the little explored region of Murcia.
9. Charco del Palo: Nudist Resort in Lanzarote
Naturist resorts aren’t restricted to mainland Spain – Lanzarote in the Canary islands has this fine collection of swimming pools and villas for nudists.
10. Cabo de Gata, Murcia – Combining Nature and Naturism
Cabo de Gata is an unspoilt area of beaches in the south-east of Spain. Hippy communes, nature parks and plenty of space to strip off. Media Luna, Cala Carbón and Cala del Barronal are just some of the nudist beaches in this area.
UK population ‘will be top in EU’
The UK population is projected to become the largest in th

The UK population is set to become the largest in the European Union, according to a report.
It is expected to increase from its current figure of 61 million to almost 77 million in 2060 – a rise of 25%.
This would make it the largest population in the EU, ahead of the projections for France (72 million) and Germany (71 million).
The EU’s statistical office Eurostat also predicts the EU population will be 506m in 2060, up from 495m in 2008.
It is expected to peak at 521m in 2035 but then decline.
The report predicts the average age of the EU population will rise, due to “persistently low fertility and an increasing number of survivors to higher ages”.
The proportion of the population aged 65 or above in the UK is projected to reach 24.7% in 2060, from 16.1% in 2008.
The number of Britons aged 80 or above is expected to reach 9% in 2060, compared with the current figure of 4.5%.
If the projection is correct, 42.1% of the UK’s population would be above retirement age – that proportion is currently 24.3%.

Ahead of the UK, the largest population growth within the EU is expected in Cyprus (+66%), the Irish Republic (+53%), Luxembourg (+52%).
A Home Office spokesman said: “Projections such as these are proof that we are right to be carrying out the biggest shake-up to the immigration system for a generation.
“Centre-stage is our new Australian-style points-based system, which means only those we need can come here to work or study.”
Strategy call
Shadow home secretary Dominic Grieve said the figures showed it was “essential we develop a coherent strategy to deal with population growth”.
He added: “This strategy must bring together policy on issues from the family to border control, housing to skills and planning to immigration control.
“We not only need to ensure that our population grows at a more sustainable rate but that we also prepare properly for that sustainable rate of growth.
“The government have shown that they have no answers to the challenges we face by failing to plan for our increasing population – this makes them part of the problem, not the solution.”
Alasdair Murray, director of think tank CentreForum, said the projection should not be considered a certainty.
He said: “Population statistics are predicted by using recent figures so this report will have used the statistics of immigration in the UK in the last few years. The level is high so the prediction will be high.
“There are signs that immigration in this country is starting to tail off. If you were to do this again in 2010 or 2011 I think it would be different.
“A more realistic assessment would be to consider the two factors of birth rates and immigration rates together when predicting population.”
